Nationwide Sport Teams Fundraiser

In need of a unique sports team fundraiser? Our massage gift card fundraiser is a refreshing change from typical fundraisers. This is a great opportunity for your baseball fundraising, soccer team fundraising, cheer leading fundraising & youth fundraising needs.

• Contact our office to provide details on your group and the purpose of your fund raising efforts.
• Download, print & copy our Well Kneaded Massage Fund Raiser Order Form to distribute to your purchasing participants. Be sure to complete the "Fund Raising Group" information prior to copying & distributing. You may wish to provide a cover letter with the order form to provide details about your fund raising efforts.
• Collect your order forms and return them by mail or fax to our office. Your purchasers may also purchase directly from our office. They simply must reference your account to be sure your donation is forwarded to you.

Orders are processed within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your group will earn a 15% donation of total sales. Payments are mailed out twice a month. Any orders processed the 1st-15th will be mailed out on the 20th of the same month. Any orders processed the 16th-months end will be mailed out on the 5th of the following month. Your group will receive a detailed report of orders made through your fund raising group.
