Non-profit Groups Massage Gift Card Fundraiser

For your non-profit group fundraising, church fundraising or adoption group fundraising efforts, consider using Well Kneaded Massage gift cards! Our gift card fundraising program is a 365 day a year program that provides you the opportunity to earn donations all year long.

• Contact our office to provide details on your group and the purpose of your fund raising efforts.
• Download, print & copy our Well Kneaded Massage Fund Raiser Order Form to distribute to your purchasing participants. Be sure to complete the "Fund Raising Group" information prior to copying & distributing. You may wish to provide a cover letter with the order form to provide details about your fund raising efforts.
• Collect your order forms and return them by mail or fax to our office. Your purchasers may also purchase directly from our office. They simply must reference your account to be sure your donation is forwarded to you.

Orders are processed within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your group will earn a 15% donation of total sales. Payments are mailed out twice a month. Any orders processed the 1st-15th will be mailed out on the 20th of the same month. Any orders processed the 16th-months end will be mailed out on the 5th of the following month. Your group will receive a detailed report of orders made through your fund raising group.
