Ear Candling / Ear Coning

Ear Candling / Ear Coning is used to remove wax buildup and bacteria from the ear. A hollow candle is placed in the ear and lit. This creates a vacuum which pulls the wax, fungus, Candida, yeast and other debris out of the ear and up into the bottom of the candle. As this happens, it is normal for the airflow to become obstructed with debris. The therapist will then clear the opening and continue the treatment. This treatment is a great alternative to more abrasive methods of flushing the ear canal with forced water.
