About me: My motto for massage is "Healthy touch Heals" because through my experiences massage with the intention to heal promotes the safest, nurturing touch for the client. Healthy touch simply facilitates the body's natural capacity to heal and come into balance.
My practice consists of Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and energy balancing. Each massage is unique according to the individuals needs and emotional state.
The goal for a session is to meet the needs of the client, whether it be to bring the client to sense of profound rest and relaxation, or address a particular muscle group to provide greater range of motion and a decrease or elimination of pain.
Graduate of Anne Arundel Community College, Nationally and State Certified Massage Therapist.
